9 degrees! yay for us!!!

A 2 hour circuit 2x15' up a climb at a tempo pace, and 2h+ return. No photos from me today, as I was on the ride and forgot to put myself in the car after 4 hours...so yes, I'm a tad cooked!

Tomorrow is a double day, 2hrs in the AM and strength work in the afternoon, so more to come then and Ill try and take photos!

We had an action packed afternoon between sorting out schedules, races, clothing, a visit from the UCI for blood tests, and various staff and rider meetings....almost midnight and I'm off to snooze...
