Today of course the sun was out and the weather great for riding your bike in Spain. It was also testing day for our riders, so I spent the day in the underground parking garage testing everyone on their power output, lactate thresholds, and overall fitness.

Everyone did better than last year by at least 50 watts, if not more, and we even had the grand prix orgasmic prize for one rider who let out an orgasmic cry at 450 watts!

I wont give any names out but it was something to hear, euh, let alone see.

We also had one rider reach 600 watts, a new personal record! So, tomorrow we have teams set for 20' ttt sessions, sunny day expected with no gale force winds, and photos will appear soon.
