Spent a lot of time during the past week getting the bike all dialed in. The internal cable-routing definitely complicated things but once everything had been fished through, it came together well. The front derailleur is VERY different in that it has a long lever-arm that can be modified depending on the angle of the shifter cable. Also, it appears to have a trim notch for both the small and large chainrings.

Went out on my maiden voyage yesterday. Absolutely blown away at how amazing this bike is. Very composed but purposeful too. It's not an all-day comfort bike, that's for sure. Tracks and handles very well. Was mostly impressed by the new Ultegra. Sure, I miss the automatic trimming of the Di2 front derailleur but other than that, it's super smooth and accurate. Brakes are powerful but not grabby. For the type of riding I'm doing, this bike is simply perfect.

Thumbs up on the mech Ultegra 11. It's super smooth and the best front shifting I've seen yet (I'm using a compact 50,34). The cogs seem very durable. Ergo is good too. Though I have to say, that using a compact, when shifting the front, I often find myself immediately shifting the rear by 3 or more to get to the right gear. I doubt that I would ever race with a compact 11 for this reason.

And to the jeers for 11 cogs, I agree. I like the 27t but almost never use the 11t anymore. If I'm going that fast, I'd rather just coast these days.
