So I have always
had problems with my feet falling asleep in my cycling shoes. I have
played with position, different shoes, different inserts, blah, blah,
blah. I have always thought it to be pressure related. However, I just
got done with a great training ride in the upstate NY hills. I did
Muscle Tension work in my 53-12 up every hill. I almost fell over
several times but my feet never felt better and I am pretty sure this
is the most pressure I have ever had on my feet. So what gives? is it
rotational? Are my socks too thick? why are my feet falling asleep? |
