seems to be fixed. i guess it was some resonate frequency with the rigid fork. that's the last time i ride with a tuning fork.

No, I meant did you ever get you suspension fork rebuilt correctly?

oops. yes. the valve core on the negative air side was loose so it was leaking. quick fix.
