I have a newer Shimano Ultegra chain. The "quick link" is STUCK. Any advice? Nick

try the park tool, or chain tool you use to help with installation, sometimes these will help get them reversed, or moved back together so it will release

can you break the chain at another link and use another quick link to fasten it?

Yeah, I'll just do it "old school" with my chain breaker. I should just listen to my experience and common sense. There's so much "expertise" on the Internet about not doing that with these fancy pants new fangled chains. My kingdom for a $5 Sedis Sport!
