I like some of their stuff, mostly gym-workout or running clothes. I like none of their bikes, too much of a bike snob for that, but I'd be interested in their bibs. I've worn Performance bibs for years now and I miss being able to buy replacements for less than $80 now that Performance is no more. And $3 inner tubes sounds pretty good too.

I bought a couple of pairs of those 40 euro bibs last summer at the Decathlon store in Bassano del Grappa, near my Italian home. I wore them on lots of gravel and road rides and they were very comfortable. I’ve been wearing them frequently ever since and they are holding up well. So the question is not, “How can Decathlon sell bibs for $40?”, but why do other brands cost much, much more than that? Why does a flimsy cycling jersey cost more than my full-featured, armored, Tourmaster motorcycle jacket? And armored motorcycle overpants more than bib shorts? My cycling helmet and shoes more than my moto helmet and boots? Are there now too many wealthy cyclists who willingly pay inflated prices for clothes and gear they think must be superior because it costs a lot? The same goes for tours. I wondered why people would spend thousands of dollars for, say, a 7 day tour with only 5 days of real riding, when they could stay three times as long at the cycling camp I lead rides for, or organize their own tour and stay in local, authentic B&B’s, agritours, etc. Duh! It’s because they're cyclists with loads of money who want 4-star hotels, gourmet meals, and pampering, as they are used to. That's not the cycling I know and love.
