I'd sure love to know more about the "suddenly and without warning came to abrupt stop" part of this claim. 

Seems frivalous but most of these cases are just lawyers looking to blame an outright accident or user negligence on a company with pockets.

I think RAD power is in deep trouble...between this lawsuit, plus claims about their batteries, etc. and their continued layoffs, they are clearly circling the bankruptcy drain, IMO.

Lot of reports of their brakes being insufficient to stop a bike that heavy, etc. I don't think they were spec'd very well.
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

Not aware of or much interested in the specifics of this case. Rather, merely observing that some ambulance chasers have stamina that exceeds GT winners.
