If I install a BB30 adapter in to a frame, I assume I could take it back out again some day if I ever get a BB30 crank set. Is that correct? Any thoughts on who makes a good adapter ?

Wheels Mfg. for SRAM or Praxis Works if you're using a Shimano crank. The Praxis design is genius. Both very effective and very removable.
