I've used the Orange Seal in a mtb tire. It lost almost all it's air overnight for over a week of riding. Replaced it with some homebrew; no more air loss. I've been tubeless since 2000 (Stan's style, you know when the tubeless kit came with valves cut out of tubes, some strapping & electrical tape, and sealant), so I'm pretty versed at sealing techniques. I wouldn't recommend Orange Seal.
