I have been using R n R extreme exclusively for 7 or 8 years. Not available locally and I would rather just go to a shop and buy something. What is similar or better than that blue stuff. I like it because my chains are clean and need lube way less often. Pro link is good but not as good.

Not the same as R&R but I use Squirt because I just run my chain through a rag for ~30 seconds, relube, and spin the chain for ~60 seconds two to three times per week. No mess and low time spent on chain maintenance. My chains last longer too.

Can't your shop just order some for you?

There is no Canadian importer pa. I always get a few bottles when I go to the US no trips planned for the near future.

Been using Dumond Tech for years and been happy to a point that I find no reason to switch, unless there is a brand as good that costs less.

Canadian Tire 3in1 lube. Couple bucks every so many years :-)

Geex OC! That's like buying $5 Scotch. What are the three things? Mineral Vegetable and ? I see that MEC has Squirt. Might give that a try soon.

Except I don't need to drink it and my drivetrain runs silently and nicely. 3in1 = Lubes, cleans and prevents rust. Just yanking your chain buddy.

Royal Purple Been using it on my summer bikes for 3 years now. Once a month and the chain hardly gets any gunk accumulating. Start with and immaculately clean and dry chain. Apply very generously and let the solvent evaporate. repeat in 500 km. very free of crud build up and I am getting very good chain life well over the 5k kilometres I used to get out of a record chain. Now my winter bike kills chains in 300 km and is full of crud. Need a wet lube that does not turn dirt into an abrasive compound.
