Lennard Zinn at Velonews.  Actually a letter to him by Tim Smith of GS Astuto.  Talks about wheel imbalances and his attempts at measuring resonance in wheels.  Very interesting.  Sounds like well built wheels are a real plus but that also the wheels should be tested.  I would love to hear someone coming up with a crude dynamic tester that could be a simple garage project.
