Did I miss something in the four months I didn't upload?

Can you no longer overlay heart rate, speed and elevation without paying for premium?

I admit I'm cheap… if these guys no longer offer it who else has basic Garmin uploads for stuff like that? I've never played on the Garmin site

Garmin Connect is pretty good. Not the best power analysis, but sounds like you don't need it.

You can also try the basic Training Peaks.
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

Yeah, I don't have a powermeter-- just need elevation profile, heart rate, and speed.
