LG Shorts

I have two pair of Louis Garneau bib shorts that fit well (small). My knickers, also LG, also size small, are feeling loose. They're older, and I'm wondering if they've lost their elasticity? In the past I've replaced shorts when the fabric starts to become see through, but I've not experienced this before. I'm newer to LG, having used Descente for a long time, and Giordana before that.

No LG shorts, but I have LG leg and arm warmers. The elastic is shot, but they are pretty old...

My lycra stuff generally looses its elasticity before I've worn it out. Noticed that with a pair of PI shorts when I was riding the trainer this morning.

Well, I got a brand new pair of the identical knickers, and they fit a lot better. Mystery solved. And legions of unsuspecting god fearing citizens don't have to inadvertently catch me, ahem, adjusting.
