now my girlfriend understands cross racing. do they have one of those for formula 1?

Did you see the recap of the Men's Elite CX Champs. on Sunday, as done with stop-motion and a Dutch(?) girl doing the announcing? It was on Velonews.

It's equally cool as this. And yeah, how hard is it explained any sort of racing to a GF or wife who only does beach rides?
