I'm in need of a new frame?

I've had a Fuji steel frame and loved it, but it was too large and heavy for me.   I switched to an alum. Red Line frame that ended up too small for me.  Yes, I know, my fault.

I'm selling that bike this week to buy a new frame.  What should I get?

wow, very old posts here, I hope you picked up a new frame, I just built a Ciocc Volpe, carbon cross bike, but I still love my Giant TCX, that thing is fast!!

I still stand by the fact that aluminum is a great material for a cross bike frame. Especially in the beginner (cat 3/4/5) ranks. You can get a custom built cross frame from a builder like Rock Lobster for less than $1500. And, if you crash the frame, you won't be continually worrying about possible unseen damage to the frame, like you will do with carbon.
