Went to Pemberton north of Whistler to ride a race course my friend will do in a couple weeks. The big climb goes up Happy trail, short section of the Waco connector which is flat then up the Big Nimby climb. For us that was an hour and a half of single track switchbacks. Then we came down Overnight Sensation which was dry loose and exiting. Then across Waco to radio tower and Moose Knuckle. I be tired now. .

I was a little bit stunned this morning too waking up while watching the Giro TT.

2nd time up Seymour yesterday. Some young guy surprised me at km 4; forced me to flip it on the 19 in a vain attempt to keep up. That lasted for about a km, then I had to let go but I managed to keep him reasonably in sight for the remaining 7k. Heck of a lot better than last week which was mostly spent on the 25.

I have a Blackcomb shirt on from when I skied there...too bad it's a 3k mile drive, no doubt the riding is great as well!
