Won the stage today - seems like he's the real deal given his performances last year, and that he's coming out of the gate in good form to start the year.

That guy is a joy to watch climb! The dance. Makes it look so easy. I hope he develops some descending skills, racing smarts and team support and can become a true grand tour contender.

The team needs to handle him better if they want good results

“I am waiting to see what the decision is on the Giro or the Tour,” Quintana said. “As soon as I know I will let you all know.”

Pressed to explain why he doesn’t know, Quintana explained that it comes down to his team management’s interests.

“It’s the sponsors’ decision,” he said. “Some of them want me to go one place, some want me to go to another. I’m in between, and I’m going crazy.”

Ride On, you got that right. Having this guy in the dark about the upcoming year might be OK in early November, but late January? Come on!
