I am excited that Friday and Saturday, Wiggins and others will be starting about a mile from my house.
Have to work on Friday, so can't see the start but will head there on Saturday.
A few yrs back, Jensy was getting coffee right before the start at the local cafe and had to hussle to get to the line on time, which had my wife in stitches since she is the same - has to have that caffeine in the am. I'll post some pics on Sunday!

You will be on your death bed one day (not any time soon I hope) wishing you had played hookie on Friday

I hear you but the big boss is in from out of town and a new client is flying in for a mtg; otherwise I'd feel a cold coming on.

I'll have my shot Saturday morning as the start is also right near my house and can make the race in Thousand Oaks Sunday as well so I have my opportunities.

Bummer. I suppose if it was fun they wouldn't call it work. Enjoy the rest of the race. It's getting interesting and it's Wiggins' race to lose.
