If Horner is indeed Rider #15, why hasn't he had to face the music like all the others? Seems like the evidence is strong enough to ensure a conviction. Why is Horner different than Hincapie, Levi, et al?
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

Clarification about the entire generation, for me a realization they should all go away.

I want to see him race for 5 more years. He makes me feel younger. He needs to race and kick your ass. Look until someone offers proof he doped maybe they should shut up. I'd speculate the biggest reason he stayed in N america was because he would not dope and the Euro teams would not take a clean rider just like a lot of them would not keep a clean rider either. I think it is the reason Ryder went to Healthnet after Phonak and Phonak after Postal

Way to go rider 15. Not sure why he gets a pass but so does jens. Just read the reasoned decision and he was caught licking -7's remaining you know what. Proof enough for me. Agree with others that he is a waste of an entry fee in today's tough climate. Man, road racing in the us has really driven off the cliff or jumped the shark. You decide but either way it is in rough shape and this kind of twilight zone crap with horner doesn't help

jeez. a couple more years and Horner will be able to race on a Serotta.

Agree with many above that his time has come (and gone).

I'd speculate the biggest reason he stayed in N america was because he knew he wouldn't have to pee in a cup as much and he could enjoy great success against a less doped field.

Everyone that I've talked to that raced against him here during his N American days just roll their eyes when you bring him up.

I remember announcing that there would be antidoping controls at a tour of White rock. Imagine our surprise when the dominating rider DNF'd He was on Saturn so I know that some riders did target races they did not expect to be controlled at. Chris was a dominant US rider and was beating guys like Phil Zachek a rider that did get caught so I did hear a lot about Chris. He was tested a lot in the US too and by USADA as well as the UCI. I just like the guy and I am happy to see him race till he decides it is enough. rolled eyes are not proof of much and jealousy is a possible explanation. It is time to just accept the 90s was a lost generation and move on.
