The Giro is looking pretty interesting this year. Evans, Porte, Quintana, Horner, one dude from Garmin, some dude from Italy.

No Nibali or Scarponi they are both saving their PEDs for TDF.

Giro is shaping up to be THE GT of the year....I'm betting Evans is regretting his decision to focus on the Giro. He just can't climb with those guys anymore.

I'm laying the early odds on Porte with a strong challenge from Quintana.
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

It is to bad Nibali decided to skip this year. That would have added some more fuel to the fire.

I'm hoping Quintana beats Porte. Just dont like the Sky machine. Also would love to see Horner make a good showing.

If 40+ year old Horner makes a good showing, good lord the rumors will fly. And if he doesn't, the retroactive rumors regarding his win in the Vuelta will fly.
Dang.

BeIn Sports is showing the Giro. If you have Dish Network, you're in luck.

If you get the CBS Sport Channel then you get BEIN. If you don’t then you have to upgrade your package. You can upgrade for the period of the race but then again all the classics and TDF are up with the upgraded package too.

Thinline...BeIn sports is channel 392 on our receiver. i suppose it depends on which dish network package you have...we have America's top 250..you might have a different channel number..dish shows it 408 on their sports package....hit 'show all channel's and see if it pops up somewhere...

The Giro always seems a bit more exciting, in my opinion.

Additionally, it's nice not to have to field endless questions from friends/co-workers/etc. during Le Tour because you are the only cyclist they know

Oh yeah, my father-in-law also gave us an old flatscreen t.v. Woohoo! I've been watching all races online via my laptop. Now, now...I'll be watching on my t.v. via mirroring from my computer, via an Apple box. Screen is around 4x the size of my laptop.

Watched the CX WC's last Sunday that way, HUGE upgrade, like I've gone to 11!
