Really great race today. If you didn't catch it , make sure you do without seeing the end results.

And AC's attack yesterday.....wow, great race. CF looked to be on auto pilot mid week, and Talansky ends up winning, awesome race. Can't wait to watch it on the big screen tonight.

Today was indeed a great stage and I can't help but think that the big loser was Froome. Yes Contador lost the race, but I have to think that he thought that Sky and Froome had the strength to close down the gap to the lead group. Tactically Contador was gambling that Froome was the competition, once he saw Froome didn't have it he road bravely.

Contador, solo made up alot of ground on a pretty strong group, so he has to feel good about his form.

Talansky gets the biggest race of his career and rode without error, a great team effort supported by Hesjedal.

What a fun week of great racing

Absolutely a great stage. My only disappointment was that Kelderman wasn't able to climb back on podium. He dropped Nibali like a rock on that final climb and valiantly fought solo to gain back time on lead group but came 20 seconds short. White jersey is a bit of a consolidation but he could have had more.

I wonder if Sky is rethinking Wiggins?

Not after today at TdS

Realistically, Froome just had a bad day because of his crash. I think that TUE story may become more of a distraction for him.

Just watched it last night. I was banking on BW doing well at Tour of Suisse but he is out of GC, which means he likely will not ride the tour, which is a bummer!! Or maybe he will, who knows. I know CF will need all the help he can get when it comes to cobbles. He went down hard this week and we saw how much it took out of him, but what a great freaking race. Happy for Talansky and Garmin, it was well deserved and having a little bit of luck on the final day helped too. Even though given the history of Dauphine and how it is used as a measuring stick for July I don't see him as a contender though I hope I’m wrong but I say it’s still between AC and CF.
