The other GC race.  Carlos Betancur was talked up (by both the team and himself) as a GC candidate for the Vuelta.  Well, its still very early, but he is on the podium, two minutes out of 2nd and six minutes away from the jersey.  Do we have takers on his chances? I'm guessing these next few stages will be excellent opportunities from him to move up.

(The Lanterne Rouge, where the real race happens, for the biggest time.  The excellent opportunity?  Overweight, out of shape and 40ºC.)
