Yeah, I know that isn't the name anymore, but Volk is easier to spell and I am a traditionalist.

*yawn* a Lefevere led team is stomping the field into submission with 3 out of 4 riders in the break.

Hoping Stannard pulls one off, but I doubt it.

Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

Ha!

the vanMarcke chase kept things interesting and QS on their toes enough for Stannard to take advantage. The Sporza boys predicted it with 20k to go. Terpstra went too early.

Lot of guys looking strong...Stannard, Terpstra, Boonen, vanMarcke, Gilbert even though he missed the cut looking good this early. Should be a good season coming up.

Well fook me.....just goes to show why the actually race instead of deciding things on paper.

Helluva race by Stannard. He (obviously) played it perfect. out numbered 3:1 in a 4 man break and he pulls it off. OOutstanding!!

It was an interesting finish to say the least. It went perfect for Stannard. Tom still looks good but as they say about old guys ... He's lost a 1/2 step.

Terpstra is the one who didn't ride smart. He gave it away.

Certainly a case where the strongest guy won!

I'm pretty sure Sep was strongest guy in race; two untimely flats.

I'm also sure QS was betting on Boonen as this race is still missing on his palmares; they should have kept Terpstra fresher.
