| really sad, I was just reading about Kelly McGarry passing away when I heard this. Someone did mention the concussion factor, but I also wonder about competitive athletes in general. Mirra was a tri-athlete, dude was really fit. I knew a local here, incredible MTN Biker, world class skier, and a world renowned chef, good looking dude too, had it all, but, hurt his back one fall, could not ride, could not ski, and then bam, committed suicide. I know I get a little out of whack when I have not been able to ride for a few days, I can imagine that plays into it also, no telling where the mind goes. |
