This win could not have been pulled off with the 20 lb steel bikes I used to race.  With his build, he'd still be trying to get the bike to waist high when the peloton arrived

Good one!

My bikes always seem to be heavy. I'm too cheap (or poor) to get all of the little extra weight savings items, and they do add up. Well, when I was young, skinny, and raced, I was poor. Now I'm slow and cheap. And could lose body fat that would equal a half a bike.
