Worlds CX thread - spoilers

Being broadcast on Universal tonight @ 6:00 CT. Just watched the women's race from yesterday....GREAT finish. That course is super-technical....ton of off-camber sections and slippery. Looking forward to the Men's race later today....waiting until the coverage is on to see results.
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

Why not use tougher tires on a course that was causing so many punctures?

Wow....great race. Van der Poel looked like he was gonna solo the whole thing, gets brought back and then punctures going into the final lap....that sucks.
He was definitely riding better technically than Van Aerts and I think he would have tapped him in the final stages of the last lap....but that is why they actually race.
Two great races....

The last lap of the women's race was great. Vos' chain and the little pause by Cant before she launched was perfect to make Vos slow in the middle of that kick up. Brilliant even if it was accidental. Pretty thrilled to see Maghalie Ride to 5th was a thrill too.
