After 3 stages, 72 guys still on GC time

It doesn't take long in a GT to get down to about 20 guys fighting for GC top 10. I'd say of the 72 still on time 30 of them are team helpers who will not fight for GC. 20 of the others can't climb well enough, guys like Sagan. That leaves you with about 20 guys fighting for GC. That is about 10% of the starters.
