move to the nearby town of Seatac and we could bump you up to $31,200 ($15/hr). No state income tax. No Sagan either.

Happy New Year!

Hehe What, an airport job?

For the moment I'm driving 80mi/day to a temp job paying no benefits. I was just out sick for 2 days, no pay. I accumulate no vacation time, and have no medical coverage...I can't even afford to get Obamacare! I even have to pay OR taxes though not a resident there...!

I'm actually looking for work up around the Seattle environs, since there are no jobs here in Vancouver, and I can't get a decent-paying job in Portland because OR requires an electrician's license for what I do (manufacturing automation/industrial controls tech).

And you can earn $140K a year as an electrician if you can spend 2 of every 3 weeks in a camp. Your industrial controls could up that amount too.
