Nairo Quintana has teemed up with UNICEF to work for children, specifically the children of his home country, Columbia which has been racked with war for decades.

Granted, as an elite pro, he cannot do very much. Still, being one of that country's best and most visible (and loved) athletes, what he says and does carries real weight.
I really like this guy. A lot of fun to watch on the bike and more and more, I'm being impressed at how he handles himself off it.
