Fine, I'll spill the beans early.

My girlfriend of three years and I are engaged! I'm having the ring custom made and it's a longer process than I expected but it should be done in a little over a week. I wanted to wait until Ann is wearing it before I blabbed on social media.

All my family and friends know-- we've been official for a few months. Probably get married in May or June. Small wedding, not making a big deal of it.

After we're married I'll put my house on the market and we'll live in her home until we sell that and buy one of our own… one that's "us"

She likes to hike, is a great tandem stoker, runs and works out. We've nicely matched in about every aspect. Can't wait!

I'll post photos on Facebook of her wearing the ring to announce it to those who don't already know.
