Ye of little faith. Heading back to Cleveland, but it ain't lookin good, I must agree. The tribe's bullpen and offense, out shinning the Cubs right now. They're going to need a miracle to pull this off. Baez, is killing me with his at bats. Kid just can't lay off that low and out side stuff. If the bats can come alive we have a chance, but they REALLY need to start hitting. Not homeruns, just getting hits. As we know hits produce runs. Go Cubs!

And another thing. Soler should have had an inside the park homerun on Saturday night. Had he ran as soon as he hit the damn ball, instead of watching it (like they all do) he could have made it home. This is the World Series damn it! Run you lazy bastard!

I have no problem admitting that Cleveland is simply the better team in this series . DO I think they are the better team overall? No....but they hit the hot streak at the right moment while the Cubs came into the postseason with a (IMO) struggling offense.

I have been critical of the Cubs stranding RISP for months and it is really kicking their ass right now...and their reliance on the long ball is compounding the problem. Gotta be able to play small abll and move guys around the bases.

That said, theya re still alive. Arguably the pitching match-up tomorrow night favors them, but Tomlin was pretty damn god the other night. Can you do it again on short rest? We'll find out....

Right now it is One Batter, One Pitch, One Out at a Time. They took care of business last night....now worry about Tuesday on Tuesday. (Then hopfully horry about Wednesday on Wednesday.)

Odds are definitely stacked against them though....

And Soler was not getting home....but your point is taken. Hell, even Rizzo last night trotted at the beginning of his double and he almost ended up getting tossed out at second.

Wow.....just wow.

Not certain I agree with letting Chapman pitch that much, but In Joe We Trust.

Game 7!!!!

(Still think this lines up really well for Cleveland. Kluber and a fresh Miller and Allen are going to be really tough to beat. That said, historically, the Cubs are undefeated in November. )

Rooting for the Cubs. I met Ron Santo back in the 70's. Very nice humble guy. It's too bad someone has to loose. Fun having it go to 7 games.

Most historic series, that I can remember to date. It doesn't get any better than this. Baseball in November priceless. GO CUBS . . .

As a native of Rockford, I hope the Cubs win. Half-way through the 7th game is encouraging.
