16.7 mph (26.927 kph) for an hour.  On a track bike.  At 102 years of age.

Wow!

Gives me more reason to keep up lifting weights and getting serious about running: to keep my bones strong enough that I can stay on the bike another 20+ years.  (I don't think I have the genes to match this guy for longevity.)

I'm betting he is on more MEDs than LA took his whole career. I'm not belittling his accomplishment just a fact if life at a certain age and wonder if he got tested with the same vigor and rules applied to other cyclists and disciplines?
