khs 10 speed express frame

i was gifted this frame this weekend. late 80's steel 64cm and 10" of head tube. zoiks! anyway, looking at the drop outs i realize there is no hanger. how does one go about hanging a derailleur on this thing?

You'll need to find an old derailleur from that era and take the, I don't know what it's called, adaptor off. They bolted on. http://www.amazon.com/Shimano-600-1014-DERAILLEUR-SHIMANO/dp/B0048UFRME/?tag=lege1-20.
