| A little north of Philadelphia, we got about 22 inches, with lots of wind and drifting snow. The small single-stage snowblower we have was just barely adequate. Power outages were predicted, but there fortunately were very few. Worst thing about a storm like this is that the cleanup / dig-out takes so much time that I have little time or energy to enjoy the snow: XC ski, or just go on a long walk / slog with the camera. Lots of narrowed streets and huge piles of snow, even with the recent warm up..... |
