Running into the bedroom (barefoot) to grab my camera, and that's when it happened. Caught my foot on the door, and bam! Nothing much to do except buddy tape it to another toe. Only hurts when I get out of the saddle to climb. Doc says about 16 to 18 weeks for it to totally heal.

Sorry about your injury.

How colorful were your comments at the time?

I actually thought it was just dislocated at first. The toe was pointing left, so I grabbed and popped it back into position. That's when the room got colorful. On the positive side, my left leg is getting stronger having to do the brunt of the pedaling work on the bike.

Ugh!! Heal fast and well. Might be a good time to add swimming to your workout schedule. Thanks
