Movie recommendation "Ferry" on Netflix...a bit like Tony Soprana meets trailer park boys and a good glimpse into region where I grew up, which at the time was ecstasy production capital of the world (countless police raids on farms back in the day); https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14217100/

The movie is a prequel to series "undercover" of which season 1 is also very good. Binge watched it a few weeks ago.

OC - I imagine the only way you binge watch anything is from your bike atop a trainer...

Huck - wrong. I am basically a couch potato who once a week likes to go for a really long bike ride. I spent a fair amount of evening time w tube (or my cassette player). And the last place you’d ever find me is a trainer lol.

No worries glad you liked it. Was wondering how much a non native speaker would get out of it. There’s a lot of satire in dialogue that’s not easily translated. Don’t proceed to season 2 it is not nearly as good.

Currently in France, watching "Le Vélo de Ghislain Lambert", idk it it's dubbed in English but you guys would like it I think.

About to hit go on Outlaws, a 2021 Spanish flick about a youth gang in Franco era. In Spanish w English subtitles of course.
