"You won't have Watermoccasin to kick around anymore."

At least not for a few weeks. Heading to Norway for a Santana Adventures tandem cruise with a few days on either side of the actual event to explore and goof-off.

Been looking forward to this for almost three years; lead time to book, covid delay, and another delay to get the cruise ship rebooked.

The thought of an actual cruise makes me sort of gag but getting in a week of tandem riding while seeing some amazing places ought to be A+

Dale, enjoy! (Kicking watermoccasins never struck me as a good idea. Pretty sure I've never had the opportunity. Got a chance to kick a rattlesnake but passed on it. 4' snake 2 feet way, right in front of me. It would have been easy.)

And a thought for cruise ships and bicycles - build a track around the perimeter. Landscaped for CX or MTB. Lush and gentle for MUP. Banked as in full velodrome.

Nope...not jealous at all.

Full report is due upon return before you will be allowed to participate in the forum again. 😜😜😜

Hoping to go to Finland next year for FNLD GRVL, which is being put on by SBT GRVL and Valterri Bottas (F1 driver).
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

Have fun Dale

No posh tandem cruises for my wife. She’s getting thrown into the deep end of gravel riding lol. Back in the Canadian Rockies, Columbia River valley.

Not a marriage counselor, but curious: which is closer to couple therapy, or alternatively which is a tougher couples test: tandem, or solo bikes in tough conditions?
I'm guessing personalities and stoker tolerance (or preference) of steerer "bouquet" are major factors.

Haha LSD, I’ve come to discover my wife curses like a sailor when the juices flow out of legs and next hill is on horizon. But at end of ride it’s typically two thumbs up. After all she’s the one who signed up for Whistler Gran Fondo and needs the training. I’m just there to make it happen.
