Maybe he stole Froome's inhaler.  Oh yeah I forgot - this doesnt affect performance

Meh.....apples & oranges. Ulissi had levels that were outside the limits of what was allowed.

Caffeine is allowed, but only up to certain levels. Go above them and you are busted. Doesn't mean that someone who had their morning espresso (even if it was at the base of a climb ) is doping.
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

CK, the word when I was racing was that one of the names of the day had a WB of Coke syrup that he would hit on late in races. I'm guessing much of that syrup and he would flunk.

I did neither caffeine nor white sugar in those days. Those days I was hammered and still 50 miles from home, I'd drink a cup of coffee with a couple of teaspoons of sugar. Worked amazingly well. I didn't like coffee then (and most of it was bad those days) so for me it was just a drug.
