Help me out guys/gals, remember when the bio passport was first introduced there was a hemo doc, cycling fan who pointed out that the passport was not going to catch cheats, and that there were better methods available to detect cheating. He said that the "the dopers are at least one step ahead of the testers" cliche is just to pacify the public because cheats are blood doping and using common drugs, not cutting edge methods or drugs.

I can't find his editorial. Let me know if you remember where its located. Thanks!

Wasn't he the Aussie doc that Armstrong hired to oversee his "clean" comeback, then fired a few months later?

Ben, I don't think so because the editorial I'm thinking about was a hemo doc who was just a casual cycling fan. As always, my CRS could be crapping up the story!
