Wanna place odds?  First that UCI goes after Ricco with a suit?  And second, that the 44 CERA positives Ricco is claiming from the 2008 TdF do indeed come to light?

I'll say 2:1 that UCI does not sue (I'm trusting they are getting smart enough to realize that could be prohibitively expensive, especially if the positives come to light and Ricco counter-sues later for losses and punitive.

I'll guess 4:1 that these positives come to light, but not for a long while unless Cookson gets elected and even then it will be a while.

Well Rico is a nut bar but I wouldn't be surprised if he's a little right. Suing him would only give credence to his allegations. If I was UCI I would just point at him and laugh.

Ricky is the Jose Canseco of cycling. Jose might be seen as a nut bar too, but he was right.

I would bet a lot more on there were 48 suspicious samples and they found four to be positive than there were 48 positives but only went after four that they didn't like.

While we are on the topic, why is Shumacher still racing???

You all realize the UCI did not take the tests that year? That year the Tour was not on the UCI calendar and the testing was done by AFLD. I'd say the chance of this being a BS story by a sociopathic liar is %100.
