I'm on the fence about this. might do some good, or cause some false accusations.

"OTTAWA -- Overseers of Canada's elite athletes are boosting efforts to curb doping in amateur sports. The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport has launched an anonymous snitch line where athletes and others connected to sport can report incidents of doping."

It would be a little breathy and start a little something like this:

One time, at training camp, in 2003...........

Given all the shortcomings of doping controls, I think that self-policing may be the only real hope of controlling doping in sport.

That being said, the "snitch line" is a step in the right direction.

PLease, for the love of gawd, institute an amensty program that the sport can finally turn its back on the past and focus on the future.

This is all getting a bit tiresome. Hopefully Cookson realizes this and will take steps in the right direction.
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

The article is about doping in amateur sport, presumably aimed at olympic movement, not cycling.

Snitch line won't do a damn thing (did that phone the UCI set up ever ring?), amnesty won't either. Both are like sticking a finger in the dyke and hoping it will stem the flood (keep those fingers crossed).

Education might have more success but its a lot more work than some silly stop-gap measures so good luck.
