Agree, no surprise, kids have been using PES for a long time. Two things about the msn story that are questionable: 3700 is too small a sample to be valid, and teen surveys are problematic at best (did twice as many kids use PES, or did twice as many admit it, or was the second group more honest, or...?). The article also focuses on kids getting it themselves. The bigger problem in my mind is that parents are often acquiring it for their kids. That could be another invalid survey: ask parents if they ever purchased PES for their kids. I bet the number of parents who would admit to that would be very low. |
