The place where I have to agree with him is in his disappointment with the governing bodies for allying with and covering up for LA.

The shame of it or should I say sham of it, until the UCI adopts a truth and reconciliation commission nothing can really go forward beyond drips and drabs like this.

ullrich admitted to doping what, 2 years ago? surprised that he's talking about it again now.

I still don't condone doping and think it wreaked havoc on the sport. That said, yesterday I was watching some old Tour videos. I see the "level the playing field" angle and understand why any top competitor would have done it. It is a shame on so many levels. I really like Ullrich - tons of talent and was never the arrogant dickhead that LA was.
