looks like rather than appearing before a T&R commission LA has decided to go another route -- throwing former conspirators under the bus to help defray his legal liabilities in the qui tam case... http://www.velonation.com/News/ID/15997/As-clock-ticks-in-relation-to-Qui-Tam-case-Armstrong-implicates-Weisel-over-team-doping.aspx

I would say the tipping point has been reached...
And Lance has no choice but to spill.

I actually agree with -7 on this one. It is high time we begin to hold the team owners, managers and doctors accountable.
And while the headlines continue to focus on -7 for this lawsuit, the reality is that it should be more focused on Weisel et al. IMO, he should be liable for the majority of any drags awarded. -7 was a minority owner of Tailwind.
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

I don't know how anyone else feels. I can't get jacked up or totally interested in pro cycling lately. It sounds like they are cannibalizing themselves from within.

+1 CK. The term unindicted co-conspititors comes to mind

Case in point Tony LaRussa gets inducted into Baseball Hall of Fame and won more Championships with steroid induced players than any other manager, somehow management always skates. Tony might be a swell guy and loves animals but this stinks....

Not under the bus...he's been invited to share the bill. I guess Weissel thought it was an open bar.
