Saw Gravity movie

A friend talked me into seeing Gravity yesterday. I gave up a bike ride. We saw it in Imax/3D. Seeing it in 3D is highly recommended because of the special effects. It's not too long, but very intense.

Well, I have to agree with you that the 3D was great, better than anything I've yet seen. Very cool. And, the visuals were stunning in the first half or so, and great effects. But, I found the story formulaic and the plot predictable, and Sandra Bullock just didn't pull it off for me. Plus, the close ups of her face with that short hair, one second she looked a George Stephanopolous impersonator and the next a Michael Jackson impersonator. Weird. ;-)
