Enjoy the day, your families, your friends and above all, stay safe.

Quiet day for me. I"m about to go for a short pavement rids on my little used old gravel bike - for my head and soul today and shackdown for ny new tradition; the black Friday ride to and a mile or so up a coast range logging road. MoOre on that later. My "espresso" is down adn I am off.

Happy gluttony day!

Jump started the calorie burn off with an hour on the trainer.

Atta boy....you won't be disappointed!! I'm kicking myself for not having ordered one earlier.

I actually had to put mine down on the floor...had them on the table next to the TV I watch on the trainer, but they were blowing on my HB and my hands were literally cold when I was riding. So now they are diagonally in front of me on each side, basically aimed at my chest area. Then I have a pedestal fan behind the screen blowing on my face.
