It certainly sounds like the judge in keeping bail at $2.5M is on board with harsh treatment of Cook citing that her judgement cannot be trusted. This is good; Cook deserves to spent a long time in jail. The basic problem as I see it is the puny punishment she got away with in 2010; with this kind of minor slap on wrist for what is a major offence sending all the wrong messages,and unfortunately being all too common. Driving is treated as a right, it should be treated as a priviledge to be deserved and earned.
