Woohoo.  Escaping chilly, rainy, windy Vermont April for 6 days of cycling in Paso Robles, CA in a couple weeks!  Been there once before several years ago and really looking forward to it.  Hopefully, when we return spring will have found our little corner of the Northeast!

Pedaled up the access road to the local ski area yesterday.  First real climb of the season.  Only kinda fat and slow to kick things off!

Seems it already above normal in California. Will be quite the transition. Have fun.

Here is is trailing consistently about 4 degrees below normal and chilly.

Local ski hills are still open till Easter so waiting for first real climb till then. Too much traffic right now.

had a fantastic week last week riding in FL...weather was perfect, low 70's every day. One day was very windy, but I had also brought my gravel bike, so I just hit the trails that day and it was a non-issue.

back to mid-40's, grey and damp.....and back on the trainer. *sigh*
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

I'm doomed to ride the trainer starting the middle of next week... carpel tunnel surgery on one of my hands will have me sidelined for, at best, a few weeks. I'm in Oregon for the rest off this week without a bike but Monday and Tuesday I'll get to ride outside.
