Hey,

What are some of the morning weekday rides in the DC area?

Thanks,
Sean

I remember Adam Fung and Yo would do an early morning ride after the time changed, but I never got into it. A bunch of us did TTT training on Clara Barton before work over the summer, which was really nice. It worked out that we went against traffic most of the time, so that wasn't a big issue. Got 30 miles in before work on top of my usual 14 mile commute.

I know the Coppi Team has a kick ass Wed. morning ride during the season that starts at 6.30 and takes place in Arlington. They do a loop through Arlington, race up 4 hills that each take about 4 minutes to ascend, re-grouping after every hill. Starts and ends at the Java Shack in Arlington.

They are also doing a Cross practice every Wed. morning at 7a.m. It is in Bluemont Park in Arlington. I'll see you there Sean!

I'd like to get a little ride leaving from the bottom of the Morman Hill on Wednesday mornings going. Maybe leave around 6:30am or something. Head out to MacArthur Blvd area and figure out a way to wrap up in Rock Creek Park. I work up in Van Nussy. Anybody interested. Must be slower. Nevermind.
